Chando lives in New York City. Chando was a student at Manhattan College before becoming an actress. Chando was Maddie Coleman, the lead character of As the World turns from 2005 through 2007; she then reprised this role for a duration of time that began in late 2009. In the following three seasons, she starred in the American soap opera on TV which aired on CBS, As the World Turns in the role of Maddie Coleman. Moreover, she starred in two episodes of American comedy-drama series Glory Daze as Annabelle. In addition, her other TV show credits are Castle, Hindsight, Dead People and Outcast.
